Stainless Steel Square Tubes produced by Vipul Pipes and Tubes are mostly produced from grades like SS 304, 304L, 316, and 316L. The alloy contains Chromium (18-20%), Nickel (8-12%), Manganese (2%), and minor components such as Carbon (0.08% max), Silicon, and Phosphorus. These tubes provide best corrosion resistance, tensile strength in the range of 515 to 620 MPa, and yield strength approximately 205 MPa. They have good elongation characteristics (≥ 40%) and good toughness over a large temperature interval and are thus used in both cryogenic and high-temperature applications.
