Stainless Steel PVC Coated Tubing is usually composed of grades like SS 304 or SS 316 for core tube, which are excellent for corrosion and heat resistance. The PVC outer layer provides additional resistance to chemical exposure, abrasion, and mechanical stress. The mechanical properties include tensile strength of around 500–700 MPa, yield strength of around 200–400 MPa, and elongation of 35–55%. The PVC coating provides flexibility, resistance to UV, and enhanced longevity and is suited for high-usage areas that need to have both internal structural strength and external protection.
