Stainless Steel 347 and 347H are stabilized austenitic stainless steels with niobium addition for better resistance to intergranular corrosion. The 347H grade, with greater carbon content, exhibits better creep and stress rupture characteristics at elevated temperatures. Our EFW pipes are accurately manufactured, resistant to corrosion, and meet international specifications. Stainless Steel 347 and 347H include 17–20% chromium, 9–13% nickel, and columbium (niobium) stabilization to avoid carbide precipitation upon welding. Grade 347H incorporates a little more carbon content (0.04–0.10%) for increased high-temperature strength. These EFW pipes exhibit tensile strength of 515–750 MPa and yield strength of 205–275 MPa. They possess great mechanical stability at up to 870°C temperature, with good creep and oxidation protection. The welding process for electric fusion ensures uniform and strong welding as well as a smooth finish, thus they can be used in corrosive and high-pressure conditions.
