Premium-grade stainless steel 321H tubing designed for high-temperature and high-pressure settings is available from Vipul Pipes and Tubes, a reputable manufacturer and supplier with headquarters in Chennai, India. For heat-resistant applications where intergranular corrosion resistance and exceptional mechanical strength are essential, 321H, a stabilised austenitic stainless steel, is perfect. Vipul ensures consistent quality, dimensional accuracy, and a long service life by manufacturing tubing in accordance with strict international standards. Vipul Pipes and Tubes is dedicated to providing dependable stainless steel solutions for demanding industrial operations, serving industries such as petrochemical, thermal processing, aerospace, and power generation.
In order to stabilise against carbide precipitation, stainless steel 321H tubing is an austenitic stainless steel alloy that contains 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and titanium. Additionally, it has a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) than standard 321 to improve strength at high temperatures. The tubing has a yield strength of about 205 MPa and a tensile strength of 515–750 MPa. Excellent creep resistance, oxidation resistance up to 870°C, and good weldability are all provided by SS 321H. When annealed, it maintains its non-magnetic properties, making it perfect for high-stress applications with high temperatures.
