Stainless Steel 316H has 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and increased carbon content (0.04–0.10%), which increases its creep and rupture strength. It has tensile strength ranging between 515–690 MPa, yield strength approximately 205 MPa, and elongation of 35–40%. 316H retains superior resistance against oxidation, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking, particularly under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
