Stainless Steel 316H EFW Pipes have 16–18% Chromium, 10–14% Nickel, 0.04–0.10% Carbon, 2.00% Manganese, and 2.00–3.00% Molybdenum that are responsible for corrosion and pitting resistance. The alloy further contains Silicon (≤ 1.00%), Phosphorus (≤ 0.045%), and Sulfur (≤ 0.03%). Mechanically, it has a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 35%. The increased carbon content enhances high-temperature strength and stability and is therefore suitable for applications where thermal resistance and structural integrity are priorities.
