Austenitic stainless steel 310H Welded Tubing has a high content of nickel (19–22%) and chromium (24–26%), along with a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) to increase creep resistance and high-temperature strength. When used continuously up to 1100°C, it shows outstanding resistance to oxidation. Mechanical characteristics include good ductility, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and a tensile strength of about 515 MPa. The welded tubing is appropriate for heat-intensive settings and pressure systems needing durability and thermal stability because of its uniform wall thickness, smooth internal surfaces, and strong, clean welds.
