253MA Stainless Steel With iron as the base, Vipul Pipes and Tubes’ tubing normally contains 20–22% chromium, 10–12% nickel, 1.4–2.0% silicon, 0.14–0.20% nitrogen, and trace rare earth metals. At high temperatures, this composition offers exceptional structural integrity and resistance to oxidation. The tubing has a yield strength of 310 MPa, a tensile strength of 600 MPa, and an elongation of 40% or more. It is perfect for continuous high-temperature service due to its exceptional creep resistance and mechanical durability under thermal stress.
