Vipul Pipes and Tubes, Chennai, India, is a reputed producer and supplier of high-quality Nickel Alloy Tubing, designed to excel in harsh environments. With remarkable resistance to corrosion, heat, and mechanical strength, our nickel alloy tubes are best suited for use in a variety of applications across industries including chemical processing, marine, power generation, aerospace, and oil & gas. Available in welded, seamless, and custom-fabricated configurations, Vipul’s nickel alloy tubing performs with superior performance under pressure, temperature, and chemically corrosive conditions. Our product is manufactured according to international standards, providing reliability, accuracy, and durability for critical operations and challenging engineering applications.
Nickel Alloy Tubing is generally 60–80% Nickel with various elements like Chromium, Molybdenum, Copper, and Iron, based on grade (e.g., Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy). These alloys have good corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and high-temperature scaling resistance. Mechanical properties differ based on grade but are generally tensile strength of 500–1000 MPa and yield strength of 150–450 MPa with high elongation and good ductility. Nickel alloys maintain strength and stability at elevated temperatures, making them suitable for use in high-pressure, high-stress, and thermally intense environments.
