Nickel Alloy Boiler Tubes have high Nickel content (up to 70%) with other elements such as Chromium, Iron, Molybdenum, and Copper, varying from grade to grade. These alloys have good mechanical properties with tensile strength of 550–750 MPa and yield strength of 200–450 MPa. The ductility and elongation are also high at 30% and above. The tubing has excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and corrosion under conditions of high temperature and high pressure, and it is therefore excellently suited to critical boiler and heat exchanger operations in aggressive industries.
