Nickel Alloy 200 Pipes consist of about 99.6% pure nickel with trace amounts of iron (≤0.4%), manganese (≤0.35%), carbon (≤0.15%), and copper (≤0.25%). The alloy has very good mechanical properties such as a tensile strength of 462 MPa, yield strength of 148 MPa, and elongation of 45%. It possesses high thermal and electrical conductivity and retains its strength and resistance to corrosion in high and low temperatures. Nickel 200 is also extremely ductile with good magnetostrictive and welding properties.
