Monel Seamless Tubing mostly contains Nickel (63–70%) and Copper (20–29%), with traces of Iron, Manganese, and other impurities. These tubes have very good mechanical strength, with tensile strength being generally in the range 550–620 MPa and yield strength in the range of 240–345 MPa. They have very good corrosion resistance, particularly in marine and acidic conditions, and have high thermal conductivity. Monel’s weld-free form eliminates weld failure risk, providing higher structural stability and pressure resistance. The tubes remain flexible and strong over a broad temperature range, providing consistent performance under severe industrial environments.
