Incoloy Tubing mainly contains Nickel (30–46%), Iron, Chromium (19–23%), and additions such as Molybdenum, Copper, and Titanium, as per the grade. It offers high resistance to oxidation, carburization, and stress-corrosion cracking. The alloy has tensile strength between 500–800 MPa and a yield strength of 200–400 MPa, along with superior creep-rupture strength at high temperatures. It has mechanical stability at temperatures above 1000°C, particularly in hostile chemical and acidic conditions, and it is therefore suitable for pressure vessel and heat exchanger tubing applications.

Incoloy Tubing finds widespread applications in chemical processing, oil & gas, power generation, and marine engineering because it offers excellent resistance to high-temperature and corrosive conditions. In petrochemical refineries, it is applied in heat exchanger and condenser tubes. The nuclear industry utilizes Incoloy in steam generators and reactor cores because of its radiation stability.
