Mechanical characteristics include exceptional elongation and ductility, yield strength of about 220 MPa, and tensile strength of up to 600 MPa. Depending on the grade, coil tubing can withstand temperatures of up to 1000°C and is both flexible and robust, making it ideal for high-pressure applications.
