Vipul Pipes and Tubes’ Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Pipes are composed of 30–35% Nickel, 19–23% Chromium, and a balance of Iron with regulated amounts of Titanium, Aluminium (0.15–0.60%), and Carbon. While 800H and 800HT are optimised for increased creep and stress rupture strength, Incoloy 800 is intended for general high-temperature use. These pipes have elongation above 30%, yield strength up to 275 MPa, and tensile strength between 500 and 650 MPa. They are appropriate for pressure and thermal cycling applications because they maintain their mechanical stability at temperatures as high as 1100°C.
