Mechanical characteristics include outstanding ductility and weldability, a tensile strength of 690–800 MPa, and a yield strength of roughly 300–350 MPa. The welded tubing is a dependable option for high-pressure and high-temperature chemical service because it is subjected to post-weld heat treatment and surface conditioning to guarantee corrosion resistance comparable to seamless tubing.
