Incoloy Seamless Pipes consist mainly of nickel (42–50%), iron (30–45%), and chromium (19–24%), with molybdenum, copper, and titanium added depending on the grade (e.g., Incoloy 800, 825). These alloys have superior oxidation, carburization, and corrosion resistance in elevated temperatures. They possess a tensile strength of 500–700 MPa, yield strength of 200–300 MPa, and elongation of 30–45%. Incoloy seamless pipes are structurally stable under mechanical stress and thermal cycling, which are perfect for high-temperature and high-pressure applications under corrosive chemical and industrial conditions.
