Copper Nickel Welded Pipes are characterized by Cu-Ni 90/10 (90% Copper, 10% Nickel) or 70/30 (70% Copper, 30% Nickel) alloys. They also contain traces of iron and manganese for enhanced strength and corrosion resistance. The pipes provide tensile strength of 275–500 MPa, yield strength of 105–195 MPa, and elongation of up to 30%. The pipes provide good resistance against pitting, erosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
