Carbon Steel JIS G3461 Pipes are generally produced from grades such as STB340, STB410, and STB510. The standard chemical composition consists of Carbon (≤ 0.30%), Manganese (0.30–1.30%), Silicon (≤ 0.25%), and trace amounts of Phosphorus and Sulfur (≤ 0.035%). These pipes offer tensile strength in the range of 340–510 MPa, yield strength of 195–305 MPa, and good elongation (≥ 30%), based on the grade. Thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and superior formability make them ideal for applications involving bending, welding, and bearing pressure in high temperature.
