Their mechanical properties differ by grade, with tensile strength in the range 340–580 MPa and yield strength of 235–355 MPa. They have excellent elongation (≥ 20%), hardness, and dimensional accuracy and are well suited for use in high-pressure and precision-machining applications in industries with close tolerances.
