Carbon Steel DIN 17175 Pipes are fabricated from heat-resistant seamless steel with a chemical content that is usually composed of carbon (up to 0.20–0.30%), manganese (0.50–1.20%), silicon (up to 0.35%), phosphorus (≤ 0.035%), and sulfur (≤ 0.035%). These pipes have superior mechanical strength like a minimum tensile strength of 440–590 MPa and yield strength of 235 MPa. They also possess satisfactory elongation (minimum 20%) and can be used for high-temperature applications. DIN 17175 tubes are resistant to high pressure as well as thermal stress, and thus they can deliver long-term performance in severe conditions.
