Carbon Steel JIS G3458 Pipes are produced from carbon steel grades with heat-resistance like STPA 23, STPA 24, and STPA 25. They have a chemical makeup of Carbon (0.15–0.30%), Manganese (0.30–1.50%), Silicon (≤ 0.35%), Phosphorus (≤ 0.035%), and Sulfur (≤ 0.035%). The pipes provide tensile strength ranging from 410–610 MPa, yield strength ≥ 205 MPa, and elongation ≥ 30%, based on the grade. The pipes are highly weldable, bendable, and formable with high resistance to temperature and pressure inside, hence safe for use in critical piping networks.
