At high temperatures, this composition provides exceptional creep strength and oxidation resistance. Tensile strength ≥ 415–585 MPa, yield strength ≥ 205 MPa, and elongation ≥ 30% are typical mechanical characteristics. The alloy is appropriate for demanding thermal and mechanical environments because it retains its structural integrity even after extended exposure to high-temperature steam and pressure.
