Alloy Steel T1 Tubing mainly consists of carbon (0.10–0.20%), manganese (0.30–0.80%), phosphorus (≤0.025%), sulfur (≤0.025%), and molybdenum (0.44–0.65%). This composition increases its strength at elevated temperatures and oxidation resistance. It has a minimum tensile strength of 415 MPa, a yield strength of 220 MPa, and elongation of 30% minimum. With good formability and weldability, T1 tubing provides excellent creep resistance and structural stability in thermal stress. These factors make it suitable for application in heat-intensive industrial applications.
