These improve mechanical properties like tensile strength of 415–620 MPa, yield strength of 240–450 MPa, and elongation of 20–30%. Smooth, clean welds and even wall thicknesses are provided by the ERW process. These pipes show excellent machinability, formability, and pressure resistance, so they are ideal for demanding conditions.
