Stainless Steel 310 and 310S Welded Pipes are made up of 24–26% Chromium and 19–22% Nickel, imparting them excellent oxidation resistance. SS 310 contains a maximum carbon content of 0.25%, whereas 310S contains a maximum carbon content of 0.08%. Other constituents are Manganese (≤ 2.00%), Silicon (≤ 1.50%), Phosphorus (≤ 0.045%), and Sulfur (≤ 0.03%). These pipes provide a tensile strength ≥ 520 MPa, yield strength ≥ 205 MPa, and elongation of 40%. Their thermal strength and thermal fatigue resistance at high temperature make them suitable for harsh environments.

Stainless Steel 310 and 310S Welded Pipes find applications in industries requiring high-temperature resistance and corrosion performance. In petrochemical and chemical industries, the pipes are employed for reactors and process piping.
