Hastelloy Boiler Tube contains mainly Nickel (Ni), Molybdenum (Mo), Chromium (Cr), Iron (Fe), and Cobalt (Co), providing excellent resistance to oxidizing and reducing agents. It possesses a tensile strength of approximately 690 MPa, yield strength of approximately 310 MPa, and elongation between 40–45%. Such tubes are mechanically stable and resistant to corrosion even at high temperatures and under thermal cycling. They also possess good weldability and resistance to stress corrosion cracking, which makes them ideal for boiler and heat exchanger systems operating at high temperatures.
